💳 Payment Terms
All payments for services at HireSathi.in must be made exclusively in favor of “HireSathi”. To ensure uninterrupted access to our paid services, 100% advance payment is required.
We have not authorized any agent, individual, or organization to collect payments under any other name or via personal payment methods (e.g., personal UPI, PayPal, or Western Union accounts).
If anyone approaches you for payment in any unauthorized name or channel, please report it to us immediately at Care@hiresathi.in.
HireSaathi shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from payments made to unauthorized individuals or accounts.
In case of a dispute over subscription charges, the Member must pay the due amount. If after review, the dispute is resolved in the Member’s favor, any excess amount will be refunded without interest. Failure to make timely payments may lead to suspension or termination of services.
🔁 Refund & Money-Back Policy
At HireSaathi, we take pride in delivering reliable and best-effort services. However, please note the following refund terms:
Payments made towards paid services are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
Once a service request is confirmed and payment is processed, no cancellations or partial refunds will be accepted.
✅ Conditional Refunds
You may be eligible for a 50% refund only under the following condition:
If no valid job leads or candidate matches are provided within six months of service activation.
To request such a refund, please write to us at Care@hiresathi.in with complete details.
⚠️ Fraudulent Transactions
HireSaathi is not responsible for unauthorized or fraudulent use of your payment instruments.
The responsibility of maintaining the confidentiality of account access, MyFolder, and payment methods lies solely with the Member.
All payment activities—online or offline—via debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, or wallets, are the responsibility of the Member. We strongly recommend using secure and verified channels for all transactions.
🚫 No Refund for Change in Preferences or Delays
Due to our transparent, client-approved, and time-sensitive workflow, no refunds will be processed for the following reasons:
Change in personal preferences after placing the order
Delay due to client-side responses or documentation
Service dissatisfaction due to subjective expectations
Once a request is received, it is immediately routed to processing. Thus, cancellations or refunds on the basis of change of mind or timeline delays are not permitted.
